Twas the dark of the moon On the 6th of September... WHOA!!!! Doesn't ryhme!!! Your POINT????? And the convoys of a Nation heading to the South...Houma, Louisiana, And several other towns... Broadcasting from Biloxi This fine a.m....saw open Gas stations, traffic lights... Wanted to sob, at 60mph. Houma...countdown 2 months Till electricity...ain't that a Turn of events...got the air Conditioning blues...85 degrees Ain't nice at 2 a.m... But Snidely still says, "CORKLE-COCKLE-ARE-YOU-AWAKE-YET- DOODLE-DAMN-WAKE-THE-HELL-UP!!!!!..." Didn't bring him to Biloxi, But can hear him in Louisiana... Ya'llses can too...open ya'lls Windows for a Good Morning! Good Morning! To you and yours...commonly Referred to as YA'LLSES!!!! Neon...ALL of them that passed my way. Gustav wasn't as bad, bad as Hurricane Andrew in 92, but the damage is phenomenal in Houma. Those National Guardsmen are suffering, with their hot uniforms, in that heat. And the helicopters are still circling Houma, night and day. Good Morning!!! Lady Annabella....I had to come to Biloxi to use a computer...there'll be no electric power in Houma for 2 months. And, I'll do a little editing-wrap-up on Dr. Swetman's poetry book. TD is coming down Monday and we'll all have a party...make my party in the air-conditioning!!! Lucky Man...that hurricane was nothing compared to its aftermath...no electricity, and it's HOT. Ship me one ice cube when I get back to Houma...uh, and wrap it in an ice-age!!!!
