Ok so bk in August my ex wife moved to Louisiana with my daughter. According to court she's suppose to bring her but she tells me that I really want to see my daughter then I need to go get her. If I don't she won't bring her to me.(I live in Houston, TX/she lives in Houma, Louisiana). Another thing is that my daughter is always complaining that she doesn't get fed, she's always late to school or absent. I bought my daughter a phone but she's not allowed to talk to me. Today I've been asking her to let me talk to my daughter and she keeps making excuses that she's asleep, at the store,too busy to talk to me). I'm behind a couple of months in child support(I just recently lost my father) and I'm.scared that if to go for custody that they'll put me in jail. Also she has another son who she allowed to move bk to Houston with her parents, but she won't let me see my daughter. She tells my daughter that she's gonna put me in jail. Exactly what can I take or say to the judge to be able to get custody? Thanks in advance please no negative comments. She's 8 but really mature for her age. And yes I go get her from Louisiana and she comes and picks her up from my house. But the agreement is if either one of us moved more then 100 miles apart then who ever moves is responsible to pick up and drop of my daughter I can't drive 6 hrs there just so that she tells I can't get my daughter.
